This KSA fast food / QSR chain are rapidly expanding across the Kingdom and they are seeking to add a highly experienced Operations Director to their management team. You will be joining this restaurant / retail group during a rapid period of expansion across the Kingdom and your expertise and experience will lead and drive this expansion during this key period.
Reporting to the CEO you will provide excellent day to day leadership for the operations, whilst also working on long term strategy and maintain a focus on financial management.
Key areas of responsibility will include;
• Customers focused
o Analyzes industry trend & customer related data and continually looks at ways to improve customer service for the concept
o Ensures Regional managers have customer service goals for their restaurants
o Regularly measures and evaluates service & product quality standards
• Operational / Financial (Sales & Profit)
o Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals
o Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data
o Supports new restaurant development, including new concepts
o Recommends and implements changes in operations strategy and establishes operating policies for restaurant operations
o Develop restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans
o Marketing promotions to drive sales
o Oversee operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
• Staff and team development
o Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies
o Implements coaching or mentoring partnerships as appropriate
o Leads performance management process for all management and employees
o Demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics. Regularly coaches staff to drive performance against objectives; provides ongoing, constructive feedback
