• Managing Electro-Mechanical/ICT/Security/Fire alarm/BMS/Lifts/BMU’s/Housekeeping contractors.
• Must have experience Into High Rise Projects.
• Must have experience into hard and soft services.
• Review of BCC mall refurbishment drawings
• Responsible for Tenant fit out drawings review.
• Preparing Daily/weekly/Monthly Facility Management Reports
• Helping the contractors in technical issues related to maintenance (Electrical, Also some systems of Mechanical).
• Responsible for verifying the quote submitted by the contractors and authorizing the same and once works are completed signing off the job completion.
• Certifying the invoices submitted by the contractors
• Liaising with Property/Financial/Leasing/Security/Fit out departments.
• Energy Conservation
• Handling the Energy Consumption Reports
• Managing small projects within the organisation.
• Implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules in Technical & Soft Services ( House Keeping)
• Monitoring & Guiding the Facilities team in daily operation.
• Conducting performance review meeting for the contractors/subcontractors.
• Reviewing invoice submitted by the contractors for the works instructed/completed.
• Managing/supporting the events organized by the client.
• Co-ordinating with the client’s Operation/Project/Marketing team.
• Preparing/verifying the Electrical/Chilled Water invoice to the tenants.
• Dealing & Coordinating with Vendors.
• Issuing work permits to the fit out/Maintenance contractors.
