Role Purpose:
Guiding, and monitoring the process to ensure the quality of IT systems systems.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations management
* Monitoring the overall operation to ensure meeting the SLA on IT incidents
Analysis and development
* Manage the Fraud Prevention and RA, Detection and Investigation processes and ensure that FMRA cases are identified and solved
Reporting
* Ensuring interconnect invoices are issued for other operators and Bill invoice for MVNO's.
