HR Coordinator - Eastern Region - Contact Center Company

Job Summary:



Performing all activities related to 906 staff HR such as annual vacations, sick leaves and attendance by ensuring that the policies and procedures are properly implemented, as well as handling data entry activities on the HR program according to the HR’s policies.



Technical Duties:



•Performing administrative activities related: Leave Requests, vacations, introduction letters, attendance according to the policies and procedures of CCC.

•Reviewing attendance of CCC staff and taking action according to the daily attendance reports provided by STC.

•Responding to employees’ inquiries related to personnel in a manner that clarifies any issues and ensures a smooth implementation

•Handling data entry activities on the HRMS system for the transactions related to personnel

•Ensuring that personnel related transactions have all the required approval levels and are according to the approved policies and procedures mentioned in the SOPs.

•Handling medical insurance transactions such as introducing new employees, renewal, employee claims…etc

•Preparing the Hiring plan according to Manpower Requisitions received from STC.

•Handling and executing activities of all documentation and paper work related to termination, recruitment and/ or new recruits such as passports, health insurance, salary and filing them in coordination with concerned employees.

•Counseling CCC Employees as and when required.

•Motivating CCC Employees and ensuring that they feel connected with CCC as an organization by protecting their interests within the policy framework.

•Conducting Policy inductions for new staff.

•Sitting in performance reviews of employees to ensure that the employees have a good understanding of their performances.

•Ensuring that payroll data for employees is sent on time for timely processing of salaries.

•Raising any red alerts or early warning alarms in case of any issues sighted by the CCC Employees.

•Maintaining a daily tracker of all above activities and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are closed within time.
