1. Responsible for managing all sales & operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
2. Being in charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and records management.
3. Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
4. Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
5. Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
6. The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of this job and therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
7. Sells consultation and make recommendations to prospect clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
8. Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Line Manager, with detailed activities to follow during the fiscal year.
9. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
10. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
11. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
12. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
13. Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and business solutions to their problems.
14. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
15. Demonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
16. Holding Coordination meetings with the restaurants.
17. Following up in uploading the menus and the area coverage with the in charge of handling this task.
18. Corresponding with restaurants in any of issues such as updates in menus, minimum charges, any pending updates or any other tasks pertaining to coordination’s.
19. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
20. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
21. Categorize the work schedule on the basis of the city targeted to work on
