Role Purpose:
To Calculate and Monitor Teams Performance and to accurately and efficiently process the Sales commissions
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Teams Commissions Calculations
*
Calculate the Monthly/Quarterly teams commission based on approved KPIs and schema in coordination with HRBP.
* Review the work process and close any gap in it.
Teams Performance Reports
* Prepare Reports on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis for Sales Team performance against KPIs.
