Excellent opportunity for a Group Business Development Manager to assist at CEO in the formulation of the Commercial strategy and Pre-opening stages of 5 star hotels including international operators agreement and contracts to establish succesful hotel group.
Ideal candidate will be a dynamic self starter with excellent presentation/negotiation skills with hospitality industry experience.
This position is based in Riyadh.
Reporting to CEO, this is a senior position in the organisation with the duties and responsibilities reflecting the seniority of this appointment. Qualities of drive and enthusiasm along with strong attention to detail are essential.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting at CEO level in the formulation of Commercial strategy and further expansion of the group.
Building, developing and maintaining relationships with Key business providers, international operators,and media outlets.
co-ordinating with projects managment concerning the related conditions of the internatioal operators concerning rooms areas,interior design, and any other limitations concerning 5 star standars.
