The HR Operation Officer will work closely and in alignment with the HR Director in all areas of HR and activities to ensure conformity to the processes and procedures of the company.
• Communicates company and government policies and procedures to concerned employees.
• Handel HR Operations, employee relations and grievances.
• Handel all insurance,Gosi & Government issues related to HR.
- Completing all the vacations processes and business trips and its requirements in hotel booking as per the company policy and the employee contract.
- Completing the resignation and end of service processes as required
- Completing the transfer and promotions processes.
- Creating the employee ID cards
- Receiving and answering queries from company employees by phone or emails.
- Preparing HR reports as may be requested from the manager.
- Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human
Resources, Payroll, Employee Benefits
