Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing assistance and support to the Legal Counsel and to all areas of the Bank including (but not limited to):
Review, preparation and negotiation of contracts between the Bank and third parties (mainly governed by Saudi Law and, from time to time, English law); common types of contracts including loan agreements, retail banking terms and conditions, guarantees, foreign exchange agreements, Islamic financing agreements, software license agreements, outsourcing agreements and operational documents.
Supervising the conduct of litigation.
Advising the Bank of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Providing support to the business units of the Bank.
Assisting the relevant departments in ensuring that the policies of the Bank are complied with.
