Responsibilities:
The responsibilities are but not limited to:
1. Receive the Manufacturing Requests ( MFR) from sales,
2. Follow up with engineering to get the fabrication drawings,
3. Break Down the MFR into the required components,
4. Efficiently Manage the distribution of the Shop Floor Manpower ( SFM),
5. Efficiently distribute the SFM according to the fabrication requirements,
6. Attend the management meetings and contribute in the management improvement process,
7. Assign the production of the MFR as per the available manpower to be delivered within the MFR period,
8. Assign the en-charged Forman supervisor,
9. Get and understand the ITP ( Inspection Test Plan) from the QC,
10. Analyze the material / accessories requirements as per the BOM and Drawings approved by Engineering,
11. Request the material / accessories from stores as needed for the fabrication stages,
12. Follow up the material / accessories availability in the stores as per the MFR fabrication stages & plan,
13. Request the QC as per the ITP,
14. Follow up with the Site Operations & Maintenance (SOM) for the preventive and urgent maintenance and repairs of any equipment or tool in the factory,
15. Make efficient Electrodes / Flux Control for each MFR separately,
16. Make efficient Control of all consumables while spreading among the MFRs
17. Make Activity man-hours records for each fabrication activity.
18. Make the final overall summary of the man-hours spent on each MFR
19. Make appraisal report for each worker under production according to the appraisal forms / Program approved by GM,
20. Coordinate with all department managers / staff for the interest and benefits of the co.
Offer:
1. Basic salary : In the range of SR 7.000 to SR 10,000 Depends on the experience and skills of the candidate,
2. Food allowance : SR 200,
3. Status : Family Status after he passes the probation period.
4. Tickets : maximum 1+3 economy air tickets for him and his family,
5. Vacation: One month after 12 months service,
6. Working Hours: according to the shop floor needs but no overtime.
7. Housing allowance: 25% of the basic salary after the visa of his family is approved and the family to arrive within 6 months from the visa approval.
8. Family Availability: In case visa approved and family did not join, no housing allowance.
9. Medical: by company insurance
