- Receive orders from RMs and Direct Execution clients and execute them via the trading platform, over the phone, (or through other approved and recorded means) with counterparties.
- Review, on daily basis, any outstanding orders and place them in the market.
- Confirm the transaction by calling the customer or e-mailing the detail of the transaction to them, and report any disagreement to Dealing Service Manager.
- Monitor local and regional news about financial markets and performance of companies and if necessary update selective customers on the market news as stated without speculating nor recommending.
- Be well-informed with daily news and anything concerning the stock markets.
- Monitor prices during trading hours and follow-up any technical or fundamental analysis to get a better understanding of the market.
- Ensure the daily brokerage activities fall within the company policy and procedures and comply with CMA regulatory requirements (Tadawul and CMA)
- Book orders in the company’s core system Orion.
- Report and coordinate with Back-office when necessary.
Other Similar Responsibilities:
Carries out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include missions assigned by the reporting Manager.
