KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication & Supervision:
•Communicates company and government policies and procedures to concerned employees.
•Handel HR Operations, employee relations and grievances.
•Updates all insurance policies related to HR.
Organization & Maintenance:
•Maintains & ensure updating SAP System related to personnel data.
•Train SAP Users within BU on the System.
•Create SAP Reporting system based on management requirements.
Government Relations:
•Handles all communications with Government department management for all required transactions.
•Prepares and provides GOSI forms to accounts department on monthly basis for preparing payment before 15th of the next month.
•Arrange for issuing all visit visas for company visitors.
•Preparing all GR- related (Iqama-Re, Transfer sponsorship, family Endorsement, Issuing new Iqama…etc) and establishing automated schedules for processing labor governmental requirements in due time.
•Follows up on developments in governmental labor requirements and informs HR Manager of such developments.
•Prepares Identification letters or all government letters for the employees.
HR Administration:
•Evaluates all services suppliers’ & outsourcing contracts on annual basis to submit an annual evaluation report to the HRD, including main problems with current providers and proposed solutions.
•Cooperates with Sector Managers to ensure proper quality of supplies.
Department Development & Reports:
•Submits a monthly & yearly summary report- for HR services and transactions.
•Evaluates the performance of staff in HR Services on semi-annual basis.
•Assumes other assignments specified by the HRD.
