- To initiate, originate and develop designs individually and in team collaboration
- To keep abreast of latest advertising and creative techniques, trends and styles
- To continuously improves assignments qualitative and quantitative output
- To foresee obstacles in the work progress and proposes solutions
- To Assume all administrative responsibilities for making given duties feasible
- To meet regularly with Activation Head for reception and delivery of assignments and with Senior / Art Director for briefing
- To have an advanced practical knowledge of Photography, Print Production techniques and processes
- To have an advanced knowledge of artwork preparations and its appropriate use for reproduction in various media
- To ensure hours are written accurately, and fully on time sheets
- To respect all internal and external appointments
- To have a solid knowledge of required languages and the relevant design skills
- To have a strong grasp of relevant computer skills
