1. Receiving of raw material and preparation of MRLR. Follow-up with suppliers for obtaining test certificates as and when required
2. Conducting weekly & monthly physical inventory of all raw materials. Monthly raw material inventory of raw materials reported to Accounts.
3. Monitor the raw material storage requirements are sufficient for the ordered quantity, if not inform Project/Facility\Co-ordination Manager.
4. Monitoring issue of raw materials in accordance with batch number and shelf life.
5. Ensure that records are updated and all documents are properly maintained.
6. Perform internal audits as directed by the QA Manager
7. Ensuring Plant Supervisors report plant down time correctly
8. Ensure collecting the remaining materials after production completion.
9. SAP system updating.
10. Ensure to maintain the right store condition for each material requirement.
11. Responsible to recheck the expired material.
12. Reporting materials consumption.
13. Ensure that requirements for Environmental Health and Safety are complied with.
