- Submits preliminary effort estimates and development plans to project managers and delivers accurate and timely status reports assigned tasks.

Designs, develops, and unit tests technical solutions in accordance with the approved development methodologies, standards, guidelines, and tools.

Delivers project and other assignments in a timely manner.

Leads, motivates, supports, coaches and mentors team members. Assigns tasks to team members and ensures timely and quality delivery. Plans and approves team members’ training and vacations, and evaluates team members. Arranges and conducts code review.

Articulates ideas and escalates issues to the project manager and Development Head.

Communicates effectively on all levels (team members, peers, project managers, and management).
