Key Function:
This role is responsible for all showrooms, Locations activities in terms of sales, customer service, objection handling and coordinating between customers and installer’s teams.
He is the first line that serves OSN subscribers, and serves corporate image, also He is responsible to increase and maintain numbers of subscribers and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
•To work as a counter sales Representative in the outlet.
•Attending to visiting customers in the outlet, by answering queries and selling of OSN’s services
•To explain to the visiting customers about the service and to provide complete product information, and to resolve customer’s disputes.
•To receive subscription payments directly from customers.
•To record all collection transactions.
•All other duties as needed in the outlet from time to time.
•Assist in keeping the outlet’ promotional material at acceptable level.
•Assist the outlet supervisor in all his duties and functions
•To follow up with orbit installers to confirm maximum service to the customers
