Employee Relations Specialist - Gulf International Bank

Exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function in an Employee Relations role.



Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities

 To regularly review and update all staff personal files.

 Receive and coordinate necessary approvals for all HR forms (e.g. vacations, sick leaves, travel expenses, etc)

 Provide assistance to all new employees joining GIB-SA

 Updating staff information at various government offices (e.g. Labour office, immigration and passports office, GOSI)

 Review the validity of all GIB-SA expatriate staff’s documents (e.g. residency permits, passports, exit re-entry visas, etc)

 Update staff information on Medical Insurance (Addition, Deletion and medical claims)

 Assist in processing leave/lieu days applications and follow up return forms leave notifications

 Assist in registering & follow up absenteeism/sickness records

 Follow up the staff periodical medical checkup and ensure adherence to the policy

 Follow up the three months probationary report for the new employees and keep the records updated

 Follow up the business reference check and make sure that the records are updated

 Achieve any other assigned duties from the department/section head from time to time
