Streamlining the organization by developing strategic HR policies, SMART objectives and best HR practices, ensuring business growth through human resource.
Initiating Organizational Development to effect positive change in company culture and processes
Developing total performance management by designing appropriate tools such as appraisal system, reward/ incentive scheme, competency mapping and gap analysis for training & development.
Promoting a culture of ownership and execution across the organization
Establishing a Manpower Plan, job analysis method, recruitment and retention programs
Increasing communication and employee/ interdepartmental relation in the organization
Enhancing the existing compensation and benefits program
Managing the entire gamut of HR administration
Providing legal advice to the management on HR legal issues and ensuring Labor Law compliance
MIS
Leading quality policy and processes
Must have exposure and understanding on collection through legal channel Relationship with local Govt. authorities on various issues likes Visa / Labor laws etc.
