ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and carry out activities for selected target group in all kingdom:
* Analyses all market potential.
* Creating new sales program.
* Opening new sales channel
* Steer and coordinate branches in achieving fleet targets.
* Future planning for the growth of company business.
* Responsible for increasing Sales & achieving targets
* Implement Department Marketing Strategy in-order to direct the Sales Force with the introduction of Jaguar & Land Rover Cars with major local and Multi-National Companies in the Kingdom through utilization of Rent-a-Car & Limousine Companies channeling and penetration of critical sectors across private and Governmental Entities in Saudi Arabia.
* Responsible to ensure that all staff received proper training.
* Evaluate the required volume capacity of cars to be ordered from Mother Company & Central Stock, to match and reflect the market requirement at any given time through the fiscal year of operation.
* Design proper realistic timely plans to execute sales targets.
* Developing and Controlling sales budgets and sales staff performance targets
* Responsible for retain existing clients and develop new clients -
* Planning and Forecasting Product launch, Seasonal demands and Promotional Plans
* Responsible for development of distributorships with the dealers
* Monitoring market activities during regular dealer visits
Minimum Requirement
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing fleet sales automotive sector.
* Leadership skills
* Presentation skills
* Language proficiency Arabic and English
