Operations officer would be responsible for handling and executing the all the operational aspects of AURAS Jewellery including procurement and delivery (through FedEx) of customer orders
• Managing the packing and delivery of goods to customer through FedEx
• Responsible for managing and safekeeping of the AURAS jewelry inventory
• Responsible for processing and managing all invoices of customer orders in the system • Handling end to end procurement operations including payments
• Payroll management and disbursements
• Managing payment of all invoices
• Responsible for delivery of AURAS jewelry items to the pop up shops/stores set up by the Business Development unit
