The job scope: is to lead the service team to provide the technical services as spare parts planning, PDI, preventative maintenance, repair activities, and others as needed from the service team in the corresponding region
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manages, builds, and develops his service team.
• Commits for the jobs and results of his team.
• Maintains and participates in developing of service department policies & procedures.
• Plans for the spare parts requirements of his function.
• Improves customer service quality results and service team performance by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
• Commits to customer satisfaction
• Organizes and properly communicates different service regulations, catalogues, guidelines, rules, and etc.
