On behalf of one of the fastest growing Fastfood chains across Saudi Arabia our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operation Manager to be based in Riyadh.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for achieving targets set by the business plan and employee performance management.
Accountable for business performance of the restaurants and maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
Actively contribute to business development including new openings and identifying opportunities for staff and business development. Build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
Implement Company policies and regulations. Meet Target Sales and Profit and set budgets Cash Audit and Cash Register Spot Checks. Maintain inventory control. Accountable for planning and execution of Store Plans . Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes. Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development Planning and coordinating menus. Accountable for Building and Equipment Maintenance
Recruiting, training and motivating staff. Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts Store safety and security policy in the restaurant. Scheduling, Ordering, Personnel & Production System in the Restaurant
