• The position is responsible for direct, control and manages the day to day retail operation of the business company activities in term of Sales business planning, Credit and Collection risk lines, and business development and process management; to ensure adequate achievement of the Company’s business plans, customer and employee enthusiasm objectives pursuant to the delegated authorities.
• The position is Responsible for the completeness, relevance and accuracy of the Risk Policy and Procedure’s manual and input into overall Policy and Procedures Manual by:
o Well formulated Policy and Procedure manual that takes cognizance of meaningful influence by Management and relevant functions in the company.
o Constant evaluation of operational risks, which may arise due to a changing business environment.
o Benchmark risk management against best practice.
• The focus of this position is prompt processing all over disciplines and it multifaceted of credit applications, balancing the varied demands, of operation process for environmental safety and security risk with immediate timing .
