Job Title: Vocational IT Tutor
Location: Saudi Arabia - Buraydah & Mecca (male) and Medina (female)

My client is a specialist provider of professional services focused on education and training. In addition to services across the UK, they are also a leading provider of high-quality vocational training in the Gulf.
This role will be joining a new team, supporting a new start-up project to establish vocational training colleges in the North and West of Saudi Arabia. These colleges, which will eventually grow to a capacity of 3000 students, will offer training programs to male and female Saudi students leading to vocational qualifications at a range of levels in a variety of subjects which include IT, construction and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and delivering a range of foundation IT Courses - mainly delivering the Cambridge International Diploma in IT Skills
• Identifying, extending and disseminating good professional practice in content, selection and presentation and in teaching, planning and delivery.
• Developing course materials, schemes of work, lesson plans etc. and make these available through the colleges shared information system.
• Improving the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and the learning experience for class groups and individual students
• Agreeing assessment plans with learners and putting in place individual learning plans
Candidates must hold a degree qualification, preferably in IT but other subject areas will be considered depending on vocational experience. Practical teaching experience of IT courses along with a teaching qualification (minimum CTLLS) is also required.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Saudi Arabia (visa restrictions may apply)
