- Supervising all the government and employee relations
- Following up with the administration department on all government issues.
- Processing all government cases and payments and completing the required documentations.
- Making sure all employees from all branches have got the medical insurance requesting the regular reports for this matter.
- Making sure of all kinds of letters being processed with accuracy (Warning Letters, Loan Letters .. etc ) before finalizing it.
- Accountable of achieving the goals of his direct reportees on time.
- Making sure of attendance and absenteeism reports are accurate and updated before sending them to the payroll.
- Taking the required formal action and doing the needful towards the employees who are absent or late
- Making sure that all HR polices are followed by all employees.
- Making sure of the filing system as required.
- Supervising on all the processes of end of services all resigned employees.
- Making sure that promotions and employee transfer process are being handled smoothly within the required time frame.
- Receiving, answering queries and solving problems of employees with regards the employee relations and government issues.
