he HR manager will work closely and in alignment with the HR Director in all areas of HR and activities to ensure conformity to the processes and procedures of the company.
Communication & Supervision:
• Communicates company and government policies and procedures to concerned employees.
• Handel HR Operations, employee relations and grievances.
• Updates all insurance policies related to HR.
Recruitment & Selection:
• Oversee recruitment and selection procedures.
• Establishes contacts with different recruitment agencies.
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes their feedback.
• Work closely with HR Director to implement Saudization Strategic Plan
Training & Development:
• Development of the company's annual training plan as per the PDR outcome.
• Analyzes the results of training programs to enhance their effectiveness.
• Initiates and coordinates activities in the area of personnel development and career planning in conjunction with BU Directors.
• Provides guidance and on-the-job training / mentoring to the employees.
• Supervises and coordinates the performance appraisal process.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Reviews and advice from time to time the company's salary structure to make sure it's always within market range.
• Makes sure that any compensation or benefits program is within government and company regulations.
Organization & Maintenance:
• Maintains & ensure updating SAP System related to personnel data.
• Train SAP Users within BU on the System.
• Create SAP Reporting system based on management requirements.
• Leading the implementation of Employee Engage
