3. To adhere to Sales Strategies and Rates set by the company
General Activities:
1. To prospect for a new business and clients to the company
2. To achieve sales targets
3. To Provide up-to-date market information to the DOSM for recording and tracking
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To solicit existing and new key accounts to meet and exceed through telemarketing, outside sales visits, site inspections and written communication.
2. To complete accurate, detailed records of actual sales calls made plus a detailed plan of sales activities.
3. To prepare correspondence and confirmation accordingly to customers for internal booking process.
4. To prepare the event order of confirmed sales bookings, then send it to Catering & Events Coordinator for registration, serial number and official release to concerned departments.
5. To undertake any assignments, projects or duties allocated by his direct manager.
6. To attend regular sales briefings to review and control department performance.
7. To report any negative variances relating to budget compared to actual achieved sales, with recommendations for remedial action.
