Restaurant Operation
• Responsible in taking orders & restaurant reservations
• Provide excellent table service following sequence of service
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Ensure restaurant food, beverage & customer areas are well prepared
• Assist all related outlet activities & functions to ensure consistency throughout the company
Customer Service
• Follow F&B standards & provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Collect feedback about guest satisfaction & suggestions for improvement & inform immediate superior
Human Resources
• Attend daily briefings & all scheduled meetings and training
• Develop productive & working relationships
• Communicate important issues related to the operation
• Follow all rules & regulations of the company & Saudi law
Training & Development
• Attend all training & apply standard operating procedures
• Assist captain waiter in coaching & training the newly hired employees
Physical & Financial Resources
• Follow standard procedure for payment handling
• Assist general & beverage consumption and requisitions
Working Environment
• Ensure health, safety, security & hygiene in all areas of the company
• Ability to varying schedules to reflect the business need of the company
• Carry out daily routine assignments relating to hygiene & safety
