Application Support will be first line of support for incidents, problems and service requests related to IT business applications.
Main Tasks (including but limited to):
- Daily monitoring for the applications
- Configure the applications according to local needs including managing access roles and make sure that the access rights given comply. The Configuration needs to be discussed and approved by the management team
- Translate Medical Record application “iRIMS” to local language. Medical important parts of the translation to be approved by country Medical Dirctor
- Act as the first line support. For Medical Record application “iRIMS” act as a link between local iRIMS users and the corporate support team
- Inform all end users about changes and new related to both application
- Provide training and education for all clinics staff and this includes remote management and 70% - 80 % traveling
- Create documentation for End-User Support team for client installations and for resolving common issues with standard resolutions
