The IT Support Specialist will support users in technical problems they may encounter in the operation of software, hardware, and operating systems.
Main Tasks (including but limited to):
- Maintain all local IT, networks, servers, computers, applications and backup
- Manage and resolve issues as part of the IT support team
- Manage users and group within the Active Directory
- Install PC with the SCCM image
- Train and support the users to the Company Environment (PC -users account- applications …)
- Give support and training to the end users in their daily work
- This includes remote management and 80 % traveling
- Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within specified time frames for the user community
- Establishes and maintains a parts inventory for personal computers, as well as other supplies and computer center-related materials
- Keeps up to date with current trends and is prepared to make recommendations
- Produces support documentation
- Office work as assigned
