Support the BU head in controlling all the BU activities, by providing all the information required to undertake corrective actions . Define and update a set of business and financial KPIs for the performance control of the BU, in accordance with the corporate financial control system defined by finance and the company’s strategic objectives . Elaborate forecasts and variance analyses . Monitor the performance of the BU unfilled and ensure accurate and punctual reporting of KPIs.
