Payroll Administrator - SolexPLUS

•Calculating and managing payroll activities as per set service standards.

•Provide administrative support to the HR department

•Develop a good working knowledge of HR policies and procedures

•Assist in producing statistics and information relating to the work

•Input on to the system: payment of claims, overtime claims, employee information, statutory information, etc.

•Participate in and co-operate with the annual Job review and Staff development

•Maintaining updated employee compensation related database.

•Keeping track of all changes to any employee compensation details during the course of the month.

•Registering all increments, payments and deductions related to every respective employee. •Detailed reporting regarding staff costs per business unit.

•Calculating advance salary for leave.

•Keeping track of all internal employee transfers. •Documenting all new recruitment/ resignation details.

•Computing gratuity/end of service benefits. •Resolving any queries or issues related to payroll. •Addition / deletion employees from GOSI. •Processing the monthly payment for GOSI. •Addition / deletion from the medical insurance. •Processing the medical insurance invoices and responsible for medical claims.

•Prepare a weekly report of the manpower statues for the Department Head.

•Perform other duties as assigned.
