ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and follow up with each Importer an annual plan for parts
Consult with importers/dealers with measures to increase and optimize parts business including providing follow ups.
Meet regularly with importer principals, parts managers to review progress with business plans, and updates records in progress
Ensure that parts monthly reports are submitted to Management. Monitor data, review and take the required action. Alert Management as necessary where critical action is required.
Consult with and provide reports to Regional Office as may be required.
Regularly checks importers/dealers’ compliance with Operation Standards. Discuss and record deviations with Importer/Dealer and Management recommending further action.
Regularly check each importer/dealer’s parts capacities against forecast business growth. Ensure that planning for staff, capacity, facilities are adequate and report any discrepancies.
Monitor reports and research relating to Customer Satisfaction. Discuss and prepare together with Importer/Dealer, plans to address weaknesses, implement improvements and follow up regularly.
Monitor importer/dealer staff from training requirements. Ensure training is planned and undertaken in accordance with Guidelines and that any special needs are advised to Management.
Ensure that each dealer is prepared for, and can adequately support each new model introduction.
Check and audit parts programs as required (e.g. bonus, warranty performance, parts scrapping, etc).
Assists in dealer terminations and orderly franchise transfers and starts ups as required
Assist importer/dealers to establish budgets in parts which reflect business plans
Monitor importer/dealer performances and calculate and confirm bonus achievement for Management approval.
Secure property at Importer/Dealer terminations, including licensed software
