Kinetic Business Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi National Medical Devices company. We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
Purpose
The role is accountable for the achievement of key marketing functional goals at a product line level; influences the development and drives the execution of functional or product line plans.
- Propose key brand positioning and key messages for products to be detailed to medical profession.
- Prepare, control and follow-up marketing plans and services for the target segment assigned to him.
- Design and Develop promotional campaign and materials.
- Organize projects, trainings or activities which support sales objectives.
- Responsible to achieve revenue, sales, profit, qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and / or medical products within the business area.
- Expected to prepare, implement and review targeted account plans aligned with the sales strategies defined by the line manager.
- Works closely with the Sales team and interested to continuously update product knowledge.
- Propose and develop the annual marketing expenses in coordination with Business Manager & Business Unit Head.
- Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with company growth strategies
- Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs, etc. to management.
- Training, developing and motivating Product Specialist on the Product segments.
- Analysis of competitors weaknesses and strengths through Monitoring competitors' activities through data collection and prepare action plan accordingly, if needed.
To conduct and follow the market research.
