Job responsibilities:
· Performance management & measurement which covers remedy tickets analysis and reporting, vendor performance reporting, monitoring and reporting on all IT Services MEA KPIs (internal and external), cost performance analysis and reporting, identifying of service improvement opportunities and developing of service improvement plans, development of service portfolios and others
· Financial administration which covers supporting the IT annual exercise for department budgeting, affiliates budgeting, assignable cost, service volume planning, spending forecast & planning, accruals, global recharge, and others
· Contracts management which covers benefits utilization & monitoring, inventory, playing an advisory role in optimization
· Facilitate all processes initiations, updates, and awareness within IT Services MEA
· Coordinate IT Services MEA projects connect to operation and capture financial related R&M cost
