1. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
3. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
4. Develop and maintain financial data bases
5. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
6. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
7. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
8. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
9. Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
10. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
11. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
12. Prepare bank reconciliations
13. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
14. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
15. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
16. Prepare financial management reports
17. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
