About E&A - Design
This role is required by Engineering & Architecture (DAR E & A) - Design Division.
E & A - Design is one of the main divisions of Dar Al Riyadh Group which was established to meet the rising demand for architectural design in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. DAR E & A - Design is providing a full range of integrated professional services from Urban Design, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Project Management and Environmental, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Infrastructure Design. Presently DAR E & A is involved in the Kingdom’s mega projects worth 25 Billion. Our clients include major Ministries, reputable private organizations and other international establishments.
About Your Job:
1. MANAGEMENT
• Create written technology evaluation and budgets for future BIM technology adoptions that aligns with the corporate goals.
• Create upgrade and deployment strategies for the BIM implementation effort:
• ASSESS: Evaluate the firms current workflow, strategies, budgets, projects, staffing, etc
• PLAN: Create a plan for implementation.
• SOLVE: Execute the plan.
• CONFIRM: Demonstrate the company’s BIM success by evaluating goals that were established in the Assess phase.
2. STANDARDS
• CAD-BIM Standards and procedures development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Creation and maintenance of the BIM software template files to assure standards and procedures.
• Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to BIM standards and procedures of all construction documentation produced.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the BIM Specialists to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the BIM models.
3. TRAINING
• Provide fundamental, intermediate and expert level BIM training to all departments.
• Conduct internal continuing education BIM training sessions.
• Provide technical orientation to the new hires regarding BIM tools.
• Test the new hire skills in BIM.
• Maintain high level of competency of the BIM software through continued use and training.

About You:
Degree in Architecture with 15+ years of experience essential including strong backgrounds working for consulting companies.
Autodesk certified professional (Latest version of Revit Architecture).
Must have an in-depth knowledge of current Autodesk BIM tools with emphasis on Revit Architecture, MEP, Structural and Building Design Suite.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
Must be a self-starter and possesses the drive to pursue continued education on BIM.
Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
