Assistance Corporate Operations Manager - Alrajhi Bank

2. JOB PURPOSE:



The purpose of Assistance Corporate Operations Manager job is to authorize the execution and settlement of corporate customers’ financing transactions pertaining to Pure, Eirad, PPC, Local Shares, Imports & Exports Bai Ajel deals, Akaar contracts, Syndications and Ijara Mawsoufa deals within the agreed Service Level Agreement between operations, business and other service providers.



4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description Performance Indicators

Bai Ajel deals execution (Checker).

Akaar (Real State) contracts execution (Checker).

Ijara & Syndication transactions’ execution (Checker). “

Ijara & Syndication Payment Confirmation to concern Corporate Relationship manager. “

Early Settlement calculations checking. “

Early Settlement execution (Checker). “

Accounting Entries posting on the system (Checker). “

Ensure that the corporate officer have abstract and send outstanding reports to concern parties upon request. -

Ensure updating customer’s limit lines on the system by the officers. -

Ensure retrieving and filing all transactions documents and sending them to general archives area as per procedure. -





Minimum Experience: 3 year.
