About E&A - Design
This role is required by Engineering & Architecture (DAR E & A) - Design Division.
E & A - Design is one of the main divisions of Dar Al Riyadh Group which was established to meet the rising demand for architectural design in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. DAR E & A - Design is providing a full range of integrated professional services from Urban Design, Urban Planning, Master Planning, Project Management and Environmental, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Infrastructure Design. Presently DAR E & A is involved in the Kingdom’s mega projects worth 25 Billion. Our clients include major Ministries, reputable private organizations and other international establishments.
About your Job:
You will be required to support and collaborate with the General Manager of Architecture and Engineering in providing Projects Leadership and in meeting Financial and Project performance Goals; capable of assuming responsibility of essential Divisional functions; capable of making strategic decisions and recommendations that may have an impact on existing Client relations, profitability and future Workload; assist or take role in Business Development Opportunities; assist or function temporarily as Program / Project / Design Manager on assigned Projects if required.
About You:
You must have:
- A Professional Degree in Construction Project Management; or other Construction Management related discipline (or higher).
- Chartered/Licensed Professional Engineer.
- At least 15 years post Graduate experience in Project Management AND Engineering combined.
- Must have enhanced knowledge of Project Design and Project Delivery.
