DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Control work orders received from plant
•Prepare costing of PD cards (Standard & special orders) and update costing file on quarterly basis
•Visit plant on timely basis to clarify the discrepancies shown while costing the job orders with the concern supervisors
•Control of D/N and C/N coming from sister companies
•Check the bank situation and highlight issues to the Chief Accountant
•Check & approve the conformity of foreign & local orders
•Check consumption list v/s physical inventories monthly
•Check the Average cost of the items after closing of Raw Material package and before merging to Accounts
•Verify monthly stock movement (Raw Material, )
•Compare month to month productivity and waste factors
•Highlight non-moving items or overstocked ones
& Authorities:
•Monitor & supervise payables to ensure consistent work flow/ Report Discrepancies
•Control inventories + entries spare parts local & orders + projects’ accounts
•Control the raw material & finished goods receipt vouchers (foreign & local orders)
KPIs:
•Cost Variation & Selling Price Variation
•Inventories: Ensure ONC
•Bank Confirmation & Suppliers Confirmation
