- Responsible for a team of software developers with a strong focus on building and delivering web services solutions.
- Guide a small team of engineers responsible for the design and development of predetermined deliverables within the overall software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on project plans and delivery commitments.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the software development team .
- Work closely with the team to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.
- Work with the project manager to develop project and resource plans/schedules; and ensure successful, on-time releases.
- Provide input for performance metrics to engineering management.
