- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating systems.
- Provide orientation for new users of updated and existing software currently in use.
- Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
- Maintain accurate inventory for . equipment.
- Troubleshoots any work related . issues.
- Maintain log of required repairs and maintenance.
- Setup hardware and load all required software.
- Managing and monitoring day to day end user support.
- Coordinate with development and server team in solving network related issues encountered on a daily basis.
- Preparing daily shift report (pending / completed job/s) to be sent to . supervisor.
