Our client is a leading FMCG Packaging Manufacturing business with very strong regional presence. They are currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Manager (KSA National) for their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the main responsibility of the person in this Purchasing Manager role is to manage the sourcing spend of up to 100 Million Euros for direct and indirect services such as General Services, CAPEX, Raw and Packaging Materials for the company's manufacturing facility in Riyadh. As a Purchasing Manager, you will also be responsible to overlook aspects of project management, category development and vendor management whereby; you will be required to define procurement policies and processes, gather requirements from internal stakeholders, strategically source required materials and services from validated suppliers and negotiate long term contracts with them to secure the best quality and cost structure.
