A leading multinational construction company is looking for QA/ QC Managers for pipelines project in KSA.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full organization of QA activities and personnel
• Prepare, review and approve project quality plan
• Prepare inspection procedures
• Prepare Inspection test Plan (ITP)
• Review and approved material requisition package
• Review and approved Inspection Assignment Package
• Apply audit and assessment requirements
• Gather and analyse relevant process data
• Interview / review prospective personnel
• Ensure correct control of documents and data
• Evaluate personnel and propose training
• Ensure maximum efficiency of resources
• Coordinate with the client items related to quality
• Communicate with all involved personnel on Quality issues
• Responsible for the implementation of project site Quality Management System for the construction activities
• Communicate with all involved personnel on Quality issues
• Review project and other relevant specifications and standards
• Approved issuance of NCR and follow-up the closure-out
• Prepare project quality documents for internal audit
• Supervise and monitor the project quality personnel group
• Allocates quality control personnel to the various respective areas of concern
• Plan mobilization and de-mobilization of quality control personnel on the project
• Conduct quality meeting with his QC inspectors team
