CORE FUNCTIONS:
You perform sales transactions of customers’ orders as designated by Sales & Marketing in according with the agreed business plans.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
You prepare necessary sales documentation required to satisfy customer orders and planned deliveries
Receive customer inquiries and oversee that the customer orders are satisfied in terms of quality and delivery schedules.
Collaborate closely with other functions to satisfy customers orders.
Coordinate closely with business unit sales function for guidance, strategy and policy implementation.
Assist to organize and file supporting documents of customers enquiries, including performing related tasks when required.
Ensure that instructions, policies, and procedures are disseminated by the management, compiled for continuous improvement.
Proactively identify any nonconformities or potential problems related to product or operations and collaborate to formulate corrective actions.
Involve in attainment of set policies, objectives, goals, company values such as treamwork spirit and other company actions.
Involve with activities to meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
