- Greet customers visiting the showroom.
- Identify the customer needs and propose solutions to satisfy those needs.
- Present the product and provide information as requested.
- Let customer test the product.
- Negotiate prices and agree on terms of delivery.
- Prepare customer documentation and submit to Sales Administrator.
- Hand over appropriate documents and deliver product to the customer.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure timely first service.
- Conduct after sales follow up with customers and troubleshoot problems if any and ask for referral.
- Maintain contact with customers to provide information on new product and promotions.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
