Our client, a prestigious home financing organization is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join their expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has to work closely with the CEO - develop strategic plans, review reports and approve major projects involving functional changes within the company and budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Execute project strategies to meet and exceed target plans for mortgage production and operations.
• Develop, maintain and test the Company’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans to ensure continued service.
• Optimize use of Technology and ensure development of complete set of operations and management reports with defined frequency.
• Carry out risk assessments when considering new products, services or procedures and making changes to any area within the area of responsibility.
• Manage credit quality and operations risk through analysis of loan performance, quality control reports, credit policies and benchmarking of loan performance.
