General Purpose
To provide support for the entire sales team to assist in the requirements and maintain of new and existing customers.
Summary:
Generally, the role is an entry-level administrative-focused position and responsible often vary across different organizations. Sales coordinator assists the sales department to manage lead generation that this may include, but is not limited to scheduling meetings and preparing presentations as well as coordinating sales-related details before and after the sale. Handling contracts is a key part of the sales process.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Handling daily minutes of the Sales and Marketing department/ Manager(s)
• Handling contracts or proposal request and follow-up calls with prospective clients, and holds meetings with clients if necessary.
• Handling the department reports and other files and maintain well organize archiving area.
• Enter and track all sales agreements and daily report as update of sales visit.
• Type as requested, quotes and general correspondence, as directed by the Sales Manager;
• Assist customers with requests that can be handled internally and handling complaints.
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the proper Sales Representative via e-mail, phone, printed ads, work order, and/or phone
• Within the framework of delegated responsibility, promote communications, coordination, and cooperation between sales, operations accounting, etc., within the division;
• Alert Sales Manager to any complaints in regards to Sales Representative’s performance and/or attitude;
• Assist to maintain the customer base through good service and customer support.
• Provide customer service in assisting to resolve incoming customer issues or problems regarding
• Forward incoming sales calls and potential new contract opportunities to Sales Representatives.
• Generate all sales representatives reports to review with Sales Manager.
• Stay in contact with outside sales representatives.
• Coordinate customer activities with other departments to ensure smooth transactions for customers
• Follow up on commitments with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Resolves customer issues in a timely manner through gathering appropriate information; analyse; and communicate solution(s) with exceptional customer service skills.
• Arrange the Team business trips and accommodation as well as events if there is any.
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management
