Job Purpose
To manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department with respect to Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment and Manpower and other HR Administration.
Principal Responsibilities/Key Result Areas
Accountable in managing the day to day HR activities of the HR Department as instructed by the HR Director.
Responsible for managing the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs.
To assist and participate in the continuous improvement process.
Manage the HR Department Quarterly KPIs and update the HR Director on areas that require improvements
Responsible for tracking the HR yearly objectives planner and the weekly HR meetings
Handling employees HR queries & report grievances to HR Director.
Manage the HR Executives annual leave, annual performance appraisal, training requirements and development plans.
To commit to the safety and to act in case of accidents/incidents according to the company procedure; to ensure proper communication between safety representative and subordinates and to update them continuously.
Organize the HR Director weekly diary
