1- Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
2- Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
3- Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
4- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory / minimize costs and maximize working capital.
5- Perform cyclic stock checks.
6- Ensure Material Requests are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
7- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
8- Produce weekly reports to ensure the fuel system are controlled
9- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
10- The supervision of supply, storage and accessibility of items in order to ensure an adequate supply without excessive oversupply.
11- Be referred as internal control and cut expenses by minimizing the amount of unnecessary parts and products in storage.
12- Make mathematical calculations (min/max) to control equipment and spare parts by having enough stock on hand to meet demand.
13- Create / upload / modify items in ERP system.
14- Review and analyze stock reports monitoring inventory and ensuring sufficient stock holdings at stores at all times
